  The only man made thing we are likely to see on our journey (apart from our gear). A relic from the Cold War, a large American listening station abandoned in 1988.

  This is where we need to be at by 19th May. We have food and fuel for only 30 days but will aim to be here within 25 days. That depends on the weather really! This will be the end of our Icecap crossing and the final few km will be by 4×4 over the tundra to Kangerlussuaq.
